Ingredients:
- 1 cup washing soda (sodium carbonate)
- 1 cup baking soda
- 1 cup Castile soap flakes (or grated bar of scented or unscented Castile soap like Dr. Bronner’s)
- ½ cup Epsom salt (optional – helps soften water)
- 15–20 drops essential oil (like lavender, lemon, or eucalyptus – optional)
Directions:
- In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients thoroughly.
- Add essential oils and stir well to distribute evenly.
- Store in an airtight container (glass or BPA-free plastic works great).
To Use:
- Add 2–3 tablespoons per load of laundry directly into the drum.
- Safe for HE washers – use 1–2 tablespoons!
