Balanced Bayou Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
2. Shipping Times

United States: Typically 5–7 business days after fulfillment.

International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination and may take 10–30 business days depending on customs and carrier conditions.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and destination. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, the package may be returned to sender. In these cases, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs.
5. Unclaimed Shipments
Orders that are unclaimed and returned to us may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Refunds will not be issued for unclaimed shipments.
6. Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit, you must notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package and will either resend the order or issue a refund depending on availability.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking details to update.
8. Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Balanced Bayou is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control (such as weather events or postal strikes).
