Balanced Bayou Refund & Replacement Policy
1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and a brief description of the issue. We'll review your claim and offer either a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
If approved:

Replacement: We'll ship a new item within 3–5 business days.

Refund: Funds will be credited to your original payment method or your Balanced Bayou account, whichever you prefer.
2. Packages Lost in Transit
If your order appears to be lost in transit, you must report it to us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with the carrier and either re-send your order or issue a refund, depending on availability.
3. Exemptions from Refunds or Replacements
We are unable to process refunds or replacements in the following situations:

The wrong or incomplete address was provided by you or your end customer, resulting in a return to the sender. (Reshipment costs will apply.)

Unclaimed shipments that are returned to us. (Reshipment costs incurred by you.)

Buyer's remorse, changes of mind, wrong size, or purchased in error. Returns or exchanges are not available.

Order cancellation after production has started. Once your product is produced, we cannot cancel or refund it.Â
4. Refund Timing & Credits

Approved refunds are automatically applied within a few business days to your original payment method or to your Balanced Bayou account as store credit—your choice.
5. How to Submit a Claim

Email us at balancedbayou@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the issue (if applicable), and a brief description.

We’ll respond promptly to confirm whether your claim is approved and proceed with your replacement or refund.
